 This guide applies only to network environments set up after August 22, 2025. For all desktops, please submit an IT ticket the first time you connect. IT will be responsible for completing the desktop connection.

How to log in to the CICS PR system  If you have already logged into the system, please proceed directly to 🫱🏻【Step 9】 which outlines the approval process.  Step 1: Open the CICS app on your mobile device.  Step 2: Tap the Home button at the bottom, then tap the IT Backend login key  Step 3: You will see your Access Key and Security Code, which you will use later to log in PR System.  Step 4: Please open the Chrome browser on your laptop and enter the following URL: sys.cicsit.com  Step 5: Find the Access Key from Step 3 and enter it.  Step 6: Then enter your work email address.  Step 7: Then find the Security Code from Step 3 and enter it . Then click 【SIGN IN】button.  Step 8: Please check your work email, then click the “Sign in to CICS Staff” link to complete the login.  Step 9: Please click 【My Payment Requistion】 Tab , Access the PR page  Step 10: PD and ED, please review under [Approved].  Step 11: P...

  1.  Go to application page and click 【Clock-In】. 2. At branch WC in the morning, Click Check In at bottom left corner. 3. Click Check In at the bottom. 4. Confirm the time checked in. 5. Come to IRC in the afternoon. Click Check In on the bottom left corner. 6. Click Check In at the bottom. 7. Confirm the green flash Clock in Success on top and confirm the time you checked in. 8.
