How to create and upload a handwritten signature to the CICS system? Uploading a signature is done in two steps: Creating the signature (recommended to be done on a mobile phone) Uploading the signature (done on a computer) Step 1 1.1 Use a drawing app on your phone to create the signature. # If the first screen you see when powering on the new desktop/laptop is not the login screen, please refer to the WIN02 - How to set up a Factory-reset  desktop/laptop？ . Connect to Wi-Fi (KO staff should use CICS email and password to connect). Sign in to your new computer using your CICS email and password.  Open the Company Portal.        Go to Settings and click the Sync button.       In Settings, turn off Usage Data. Once you see “Sync Successful,” please restart your  desktop /laptop. All setup is complete.  If you need to download any software, please check the app list in the Company Portal.
