  1,Go to application page and click 【IT Support】button. 2,Please briefly describe the IT problems you have encountered. 3,Click 【Upload Device Image】 to upload a photo or screenshot. 4, Click the 【Submit】 button to complete the upload. Please remember to select the Branch.

【Clock-IN】What to do if an employee's clock-in is unsuccessful?

1,Go back to Application Page ,and click the 【Clock-In】 button again 2,If still not work, please check if your WIFI is connected successfully 3,If still not work, open a web browser. Type in( cicsit.com ) in the address bar. Make sure you type the URL correctly, The website should now load in the browser window. 4,If still not work , please take a screenshot of the screen during the time the problem occurs and submit an IT ticket.  Then take a photo of the surrounding area and save it to your album. IT may ask for this photo to help troubleshoot the problem.
