【IT Support】How to submit an IT ticket with an attached photo?

 

1，Go to application page and click 【IT Support】button.

2，Please briefly describe the IT problems you have encountered.

3，Click 【Upload Device Image】 to upload a photo or screenshot.

4, Click the 【Submit】 button to complete the upload. Please remember to select the Branch.
