How to create and upload a handwritten signature to the CICS system?

Uploading a signature is done in two steps:

1. Creating the signature (recommended to be done on a mobile phone)

2. Uploading the signature (done on a computer)

Step 1

1.1 Use a drawing app on your phone to create the signature. Sketchbook is recommended.

1.2 Take a screenshot of the finished signature, adjust the size as needed, and save it on your phone.

1.3 Send the saved signature to your computer via Microsoft Teams.

Step 2

2.1 Save the signature image you received on your computer to the desktop.

2.2 Open https://tinypng.com/ in Chrome and compress the signature image.

2.3 Log in to the CICS System and upload the compressed signature image file.

2.4 Once you see the uploaded signature file, it means the signature setup is complete.

🗃️Recommendation:
It’s recommended to save the compressed signature image to your OneDrive. If the system needs to recheck your account or detects an issue with your device, your signature may become invalid and you may need to reupload the compressed signature file.
