1. Find your signature setting




2. Edit an existing signature or create a new signature template, for example, CICS_Internal.



3. Set the signature for new emails to None, and set the signature for replies and forwards to the signature template you just created, then save.




Test whether the email signature is working correctly: 
To: an external email address 
Cc: your own work email address
